Innovation training for Primary Care teams

InnovateHealth is a training program being developed for Alberta’s primary care teams to support the province’s changing health system.

The program gives healthcare professionals the skills and confidence to bring innovative thinking into their daily work and team environments. It’s designed to not just prepare teams for change, but to help them lead it—shaping the future of healthcare in Alberta.

From training to transformation.

InnovateHealth provides participants with practical tools and strategies to address real-world challenges and create meaningful opportunities for innovation in Alberta’s evolving health system.

Funded through the Primary Care Innovation Grant, this program aligns with the goals of Modernizing Alberta’s Primary Health Care System (MAPS).

This training is available to primary care leaders, primary care network physicians and administrative leaders, and clinic-level physicians and teams across Alberta.
